About Estetic Manager
We are a B2B SaaS platform for the digitalisation and comprehensive management of aesthetic and aesthetic medicine clinics.
We have our own technology product and an MVP in its final stage of development. Our next goal is to launch commercially, acquire our first customers and build the foundations of a scalable business with international potential.
Who we are looking for
An entrepreneurial professional with strategic vision and the ability to execute, experienced in business development, leadership and growing technology businesses, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading startups or digital projects.
- Ability to define and execute commercial strategies.
- Customer acquisition and strategic partnership experience.
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, fundraising and investor relations.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, autonomy and a focus on results.
- Business vision and a long-term commitment.
Your mission
Lead Estetic Manager as a business, working alongside the founding team to turn an advanced technology product into a strong, profitable company.
You will play a leading role in commercial strategy, growth, operations and preparation for future funding opportunities.

Collaboration model
We are looking for a strategic partner, rather than solely a traditional executive profile.
The initial entrepreneurial collaboration is equity-based. Terms will be agreed together based on experience, dedication and responsibilities. A fixed salary is not guaranteed during the initial phase.
Location: Valencia, Spain. We welcome national and international candidates, with remote or hybrid collaboration possible.
